Private Coaching

Each session is a 1-on-1 video call with Paddy Bird, focused entirely on your project. Whether you’re working on a film, a documentary, or a specific edit, Paddy will go through your work with you and give you detailed, constructive feedback on whatever it needs.

Coaching is open to anyone working on a film, documentary, or edit who wants detailed, experienced feedback on their work. Whether you’re an editor or a filmmaker, if you’re working on a project and need another set of eyes on it, coaching is for you.

Every session is tailored to your project and your needs. You can bring your own work for Paddy to go through with you — whether that’s story, structure, pacing, or the specific decisions that aren’t working in your edit. If you’re not currently working on a project, Paddy can set you specific creative tasks instead.

Each session is 60 minutes..

All sessions take place online via Zoom.

Yes, as long as you give at least 24 hours’ notice.

You may cancel your purchase within the 14-day cooling-off period. If you begin a block of sessions during this period and request a refund, we’ll reimburse the remaining balance minus $300 for each session already completed. All sessions must be used within 12 months of the original booking.
